It has a great location to explore the city. Staff have been amiable, knowledgeable, and clear about directions and support in all sorts of things we need as a big family group traveling together. We will highly recommend it! Lautaro at the front desk was extremely great to us. We are traveling with a baby, and I would’ve checked the stairs (no elevator) situation, especially for family members with mobility problems. But once here, we didn't change our booking; we are extending our stay.

We love Castillo Rojo!! It is a beautiful hotel and the staff are absolutely amazing - impossible for them to be more helpful. They arranged tours, taxis and suggested restaurants and always followed up with us to see how everything. Barbara and Erica were particularly helpful . It felt like we were with family. The Hotel itself is very beautiful. The lounge was very comfortable and the wine hour was a wonderful touch to meet fellow guests and exchange travel stories. The bed was the most comfortable ever and the sheets were so crisp and pristine - we slept like a dream each night!! We stayed 8 days and have taken a w day side trip, but will return for 2 additional nights before heading home from our travels - very much looking forward to our return!!

This is a hotel based on quality service and the staff, led by Sebastian really bend over backwards for you. Whether its giving you tips, arranging tours, restaurants or transfers, the boutique accommodation is fantastic. WE loved it! For us you could tell that this a family owned hotel and its reputation on service is impeccable. It is also surrounded by quality restaurants and bars within 2 minutes walk and the neighbourhood is safe and welcoming. A truly great experience.
