Small property with excellent staff that was very attentive. Walkable to downtown. Our room was quiet but my kids said their room was a bit noisy. Nice breakfast with eggs and fresh juices.

This hotel is fantastic. The location can't be beat. It's one block from the main street. The rooms are lovely. In the Adobe style they stay cool during the day and warm at night. The bed is king sized and super comfortable with a down doona. There are drawers for unpacking into, a safe, a small outdoor area and a desk and two chairs. But it's the bathroom that really shines. A huge shower with a clear roof lets lots of light in while still maintaining privacy. There's plenty of room for soaps and shampoo and conditioner and towels. A lot of thought has gone into the design of the bathroom. There is no fridge in the room but there is a fridge available that they can put your stuff in if you want. The only downside is that there is a restaurant/bar nearby that plays live music until just after midnight. Due to being so tired from the tours, this never affected my ability to get to sleep but it was pretty clear as we were getting ready for bed each night. If you're sensitive to noise, bring ear plugs. The breakfast is served at tables in a shaded area near the entrance and is cereal, juice, fruit, cake, eggs, toast and ham and cheese. The owners are fantastic and speak very good English. They will go out of their way to help you and are very friendly and have a lot of passion for their business. They built it on family land and are putting their heart and soul into it. And it's working.
