We stayed her for hockey and the hotel was good! It was clean, staff was friendly, kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was a bit sparse but we found something that everyone could eat.

Nice spot for family and solo business trips. Dining options walking distance and quiet, easy access and parking is ample.

Waterslide was great for the kids!! Rooms were clean and quiet. Staff were friendly and there is a lounge to eat and have a drink after 5pm. Only suggestion would be a few more options at the continental breakfast. Otherwise great stay and we were there for 3 nights!!

Its clean, comfortable, and my kids loved the pool.

We have stayed here many times for multiple days at a time during family visits. Our grandkids love the pool. The hotel is well maintained, the staff is very nice and we have never been disappointed. The one thing that the Microtel chain could improve is their breakfast variability and selection. Look at what the Holiday Inn Express chain offers for breakfast.

Check in was slightly frustrating as the website stated cash debit or credit card was allowed for deposit and they onlynaccelted credit card which i dont use. They did accomodate eventually after saying we may not be able to stay, but the desk called and asked the manager and was acceptable. Room was mostlynclean other than some scraps of garbage at the back of a desk shelf. Only 2 towels in the room so we had to track down more for 4 of us. Pool is over chlorinated and made my kids sick after. Lots of foam on the hot tub. Beds mostly comfortable. Reception was nice. Hot breakfast was nice. Even with small issues ee would stay again as they didnt affect our stay.

Our stay was not great. We had dirty towels in the bathroom when we arrived. When we went to tell the front staff all they did was send a housekeeper up to remove the dirty toels and replace with clean ones. No apology, all they had to say was "eww that's gross" now I worked in the hotel industry for the Super 8 and the location I worked at would have been appalled and would have moved us to a new room, that night would been paid for by the hotel and they would have gone out there way to make it right. Then we had no hot water for a whole afternoon, no working phone in the room. When I got home i checked my visa statement and an extra $100 was authorization to my credit card that i was not made aware of, when I called the hotel to bring it to there attention and get some clarity on it the lady working the front desk was rude and was adamant that there was no extra authorization made on my credit card. She was treating me like I was a incompetent child. I am not inpressed at all.

Great for the little ones. The pool area is great. Continental breakfast could offer more coffee creamers types. Bar and Lounge were a nice atmosphere.

We were on a family visit and stayed four nights at this hotel on this visit. It was our second stay, our previous being a year ago. The hotel is newer, with lots of parking and easy access. The rooms are ample in size, clean and well equipped. One thing that stood out for me was the heating system. It kept the room at a very even temperature controlled by an easy to use wall thermostat. The hotel includes breakfast in their pricing and we ate there each morning. Their hot and cold breakfast offerings varied by day and were broader than the majority of hotels (many dozens) I have stayed in over the years. They also had a larger than normal room for seating during breakfast. The single weakness I noted was that staff were sometimes unable to keep up with the resupply of food, dishes and utensils during peak demand periods. However, delays were never more than a couple of minutes. As I noted earlier, this was our second extended stay at this hotel, and we will choose it again for our next visit. It has consistently been superior. We used the pool a couple of times and enjoyed it immensely. The pool facility was very clean. The water temperature was pleasant and there was good seating when out of the water. A hot tub shared the facility and we enjoyed that also. A shower, washrooms and an abundant supply of towels rounded out our enjoyment of the pool. There is a substantiel exercise room next door but we did not use the equipment on this visit.
