Hotel 1212

Checked in late with 3 kids and 2 adults. Staff was great, room was huge, comfortable beds, seems to be newly renovated. Will 100% stay again in the future. Wish we got to experience the micro brewery in the evening for supper but got in really late.

Very accomidating and kid friendly

Came in Friday to prepare to meet with family and place my mothers cremations with her grandmother and the ceremony to do this the next day. Came in and found the parking area partially graveled but no lines on asphalt and not sure where to park. Got to the room and no ice bucket but went and ask and someone got me a bucket of ice. Asked for extra pillows and regular coffee and was quick to be accommodated. From there thing went down hill. Cleaning crew left us the next day with no clean towels and the bed was not made but cover thrown over. Also light went out, brought to desk and swapped, no good so no good lighting in room which is needed and made mention of the issue to be addressed the next day. Floors were not swept and had to wear shoes in room, really? This after our church service and was late and very tired. Next day come back after cemetery service and again bed was half ass thrown together and nothing else. Didn’t even pick up towel on my side of bed due to gravel and dirt and didn’t vacuum again. Even after saying something about light, still not working, come on! Tired and still dealing with this problem. Overall ok but management needs some serious training on cleaning a room, work order process and making a more positive experience to the customer
