THE PRIVILEGE FLOOR by Lotus Blanc

Words cannot describe what an amazing experience we had at the Lotus Blanc. Our stay included four nights. All services provided here were above that of Ritz Carlton and Four Seasons without question. The personal level of detail the staff provided was simply amazing. We were greeted by everyone (and I mean EVERYONE) on staff by name every time we left and arrived. Even staff we had not personally been introduced to, knew our names. We stayed on the privileged floor, where Phally and Jackie took care of our every need. They made us feel like family to the point where we were quite saddened to leave. Jacky insisted on coming along with us to the airport to see us off. They checked on us when utilizing the privileged floor's complimentary car services to make sure we got to our destinations and that plans ran smoothly each time. My husband and I are avid world travelers, utilizing every holiday and vacation day to travel and experience new places and we can honestly say that this was our most amazing trip and resort stay of any others. Yes, the resort hotel is beautiful and the amenities incredible (including daily laundering of two sets of clothing per guest that you get back same day; the heat sort of requires this!) but truly it was the staff that made this stay unforgettable. On a side note, every American should visit Cambodia where every dollar you spend in this gracious country is so greatly appreciated. It will humble you and forever change your heart.
