Jaya House River Park

The Jaya House hotel is such a peaceful Zen like hotel. The grounds are beautiful and well kept and there are such interesting pieces of art in every nook & cranny. I also loved that the hotel is very into the environment and treats their staff like family. Wonderful place to stay.

This was by far the nicest hotel we ever stayed in. The staff thinks of everything you can need and more and provides it to you. The food was amazing, the hotel was beautiful, the spa services were clean and a nice added touch. They provide transportation and phone to bring you back and forth to town or on tours . The scents of lemongrass were everywhere. We can’t wait to tell our family and friends to come here!

Badass Boutique Hotel! Jaya House is the perfect combination of the best B&B you’ve ever stayed at, and a small, ultra-luxury hotel. We chose Jaya due to the abundance of positive reviews. First, I’ll establish credibility: We’re extremely discerning and difficult to please…Having stayed in some of the finest hotels on the planet and consistently seeking perfection, we'd consider ourselves ‘travel snobs’. Now to our experience......Our eyebrows were raised during the complimentary airport pickup. A driver and an English-speaking tour guide whisked us away in a new, oversized comfortable van, and offered us water, cold towels and fresh fruit for the ride. Check in was perfect. A glass of our favorite, a personal debriefing, and our luggage waiting in our room. The room itself was immaculate with an included minibar and every attention to detail you can imagine. We stayed in a plunge pool suite. Christian, Chris and the entire team ensure every need and want is taken care of. From arranging private Temple tours to dinner reservations, they have your back. You're given a pre-programmed cell phone at check-in to continuously communicate with the staff while exploring Siem Reap. The hotel tuk-tuks are complimentary, and their friendly drivers will happily pick up and drop off all day until 10:00PM. You indeed feel safe and at home. You're treated like family, just as the previous reviews indicate. This place rocks! You won't be dissapointed.

This 36 bed boutique hotel is awesome in all respects. Stay here to be treated as part of a family rather than as a tourist!!

Fantastic staff and management. Great assistance when I had to take a family member to the hospital. Delicate and efficient involvement to make the logistical aspect of it very smooth. Really appreciated by my family the personal care and attention of all the staff. A beautiful and very special place.
