Saem Siemreap Hotel

It is a clean and friendly hotel. The breakfast was authentic Western style. It would be extra fun if we could have more Khmer food choices. The hotel was neighboring with several KTVs on the same street, so it may not be the best environment for families.

The sevice was fine, even though they kept on changing prices for the mini van, so we ended up with cheaper options outside the hotel. Beds and house cleaning is excellent. Breakfast was ok by the pool. The rooms are quite old and the hotel is closed to KTV that shout horrible songs till midnight and later, not a single night of good sleep. Just a cheap option to visit Angkor Wat as Backpacker / large groups more than family or romantic escape.

From the beginning to the very end of our stay the staff at Saem Siemreap were very accommodating and made us feel right at home. When checking in we were welcomed by Ms. Sochin, Ms. Sreykea and Staff with a refreshing glass of juice and cold face towel after a three hour drive from Battambang. Our family suite was quite spacious and clean with an outdoor patio that led out from the master bedroom. Breakfast was included in our stay and offered many different options, both traditional and Khmer that tasted delicious. Transportation was just a step away from the front entrance as they always had a tuk tuk or someone on staff to take you. If you are looking for a place to stay in Siem Reap I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you again Ms. Sochin, Ms. Sreykea, and Staff for taking care of us! We will be back

We really enjoyed our stay here. We are a family of four and the staff made us all feel so welcome. The building is stunning and clean, and the breakfast buffer has a wide variety and extremely fresh. We will be back.😊

We (a family of 9) just returned from a 3-night stay at Saem Siem Reap Hotel, a boutique hotel away from the busy downtown area. The attention to details is first rate; the staff are very warm, kind and eager to help you with anything you need for a truly memorable stay. I was most impressed by Ms. Sochin who helped me locate a local dentist to tend to my mother acute tooth pain. She called the dental clinic, arranged a tuk-tuk and I was able to get my mother seen, treated and be back in the hotel within 1 hour before our dinner reservation. Truly impressive hotel and amazing staff.

Oh my gooosshh this hotel was AMAZING. The staff are incredible. We fell in love with everyone we met. They were so incredibly kind and helpful. They truly went above and beyond for us. I unfortunately ate some bad food at the airport in Bangkok, and I got food poisoning. The staff were so concerned and so kind. We had booked a private tour to some of the temples and our driver was an absolute saint of a person. He was so patient and understanding. We ended up pulling ourselves together and going on a customised tour, with his recommendations, and we literally had the time of our lives. It was the most incredible thing I've ever experienced. We also went to a restaurant the staff recommended and it was BEYOND incredible. We felt like we were on cloud nine. Siem Reap has our hearts. It was truly the most magnificent place filled with the kindest, loveliest, wonderful people and I wouldn't stay anywhere else after experiencing the hospitality of this hotel. We cannot wait to come back, and bring our kids with us next time. Thank you so much Saem Siemreap! It was a life changing experience in the most magnifficent hotel.

The family room was the perfect set up for my significant other and his son. The staff was great and very accommodating. The property was well kept with beautiful grounds.

I recently stayed at here for 4 days and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They greeted me with warm smiles and helped me with my luggage, making me feel right at home. The hostess was the most amazing person. She deserves all the good vibes from us. She made this extra special with her attention to detail and hospitality. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained. I was really pleased with the attention to detail in the room, from the fresh linens and fluffy pillows, to the sleek and modern design. It made for a very comfortable stay. I also have to commend the hotel's restaurant. The food was delicious, and presented beautifully. The chef created a wonderful menu and each dish was prepared to perfection. I was very impressed with the variety of options available and was so happy with my meals. My 3 kids enjoyed the food also with the room service we had every night. Overall, this hotel experience was fantastic. The staff were the best part of my stay, always happy to help and make recommendations for local attractions. I highly recommend this Hotel for its amazing staff, clean and comfortable rooms. It’s a truly memorable place to stay!

Our family highly recommends the Saem Siem Reap Hotel. It has connecting rooms which were perfect for our family of six. The rooms were designed in a traditional Cambodian style which was beautiful. The pool was large and convenient. The breakfast buffet had a large selection of Asian and western dishes including omelets, waffles, cereal, toast, etc. We would definitely stay here again!
