From the moment we said hello to the owner at reception, it was clear that she did not want our family to stay at the hotel. She barely greeted us, told us that we had booked the wrong date, wrong number of people and still needed to pay. I showed her the paid booking from Expedia with the correct information, but she refused to look at it. I suggested calling Expedia to sort this out, but she refused and told me that we should stay somewhere else. Finally, her husband looked at the printed booking and gave us our room.
