Very friendly and accommodating staff. When we arrived, they did not have a record of our booking through hotels.com. However, when I showed them my receipt for our fully paid room, they upgraded us for free to the Governor's Suite for our 3 nights stay over New Year's and were very apologetic about the whole thing (although I think this was a hotels.com issue - not Boutique Kampot's fault) and set up an extra mattress with bedding for our child. Breakfast was served in our room daily - delicious and good value. Although we did not eat at the Terrace Rooftop Restaurant, the views of the town from there were awesome.
