Les Fleurs Boutique Hotel

Location: Excellent Room: from the bedroom you can see in the bathroom thought the scenic shower box, so if you travel with kids or you care about privacy think about it. NO kettle to prepare a basic cup of coffee or tea in the room, very disappointing. Pigeons at the window are noisy and not moving even if you try to scare them off. Reception: a very small desk, not smooth check-in process, none of the gold member "benefits" were mentioned or offered. Breakfast: the worst part. Served in the resto next door, only served, no buffet with limited boring choices. The food delivered was: cold omette, 2 small pieces of bread, 3 half slices of ham, and some half slices of cheese, some salmon and fruit, grapes came with some rotten raisins, and the prune was not properly clean. It comes with a small glass of orange juice and a coffee/tea. Any other request is to be paid. I got charged 8 euros for another coffee and 2 small bottles of water, after I requested a sparking water and the waiter bought a still one. When I asked her to bring the sparkling water since was what I have ordered she brought the sparkling water however still charging the still one, stating that was my mistake, which was not. In any case I paid and left with an overall bitter feeling of the poor customer service, the set up and the food, compared to similar level hotels in the area where I usually stay for my work trips. I would not recommend this "4" stars hotel unless the location is a critical factor.
