Hotel Emiliano

We usually stay at the Emiliano when travelling in Sao Paulo and our experience is usually outstanding. This time was not much different but there were a few issues. On the positive side the staff is very attentive and had the room prepared for my family with our usual preferences. The hotel is in a great location and the suits are very nice. Even though the service is usually outstanding there were a few delays on room cleaning and other requests, when we had an unusually long time. This is not something we had experienced in our previous stays and may have been due to the pandemic level staffing levels and security measures. Overall this remains one of our favorite hotels in Sao Paulo, especially when travelling with family.
