Friendly staff, very kid friendly and tons of kid activists! Absolutely love it!

Check in was very complicated and long. My elderly parents had to wait for 49 min ,the staff was polite but they didn't know what they were doing. :( When i got to one of the rooms, i booked 3, the safe didn't work, they said they would fix next day,they didn't. I was on vacation with my family and didn't want to bother about little things, but... Breakfast restaurant was crowded and didn't look like the picture they post ... the coffee machine was working only on the first day... I complained and the manager said they were going to fix it... never did 😆 I was very disappointed, never going back there again:(

The hotel is perfect for a family vacation. It is adjacent to the water park and the hotel has a very convenient private entrance to the park. This itself is already a big advantage if you have kids or elderly people in your party. The hotel offers a lot to do, we didn't need to go to the water parks every day. There is a gym, courts, game rooms, spa, kids club with activities throughout the day, games and exercise classes in the main pool, live music, a family friendly movie every night, about 8 outdoor and indoor pools, all with hot water, one for little children and one with a wet bar besides the hot tubs (ofuros) besides several small stores where you can buy anything from sunscreen, snacks to toys and swimsuits. The room is spacious, it fits a family of 4 using the living room. The balcony has a drying rack for your wet clothes. You can bring your own pool towels or rent them from the front desk. The meals are served in one single restaurant buffet style. During peak hours there was a line but it didn't take too long as they have 2 floors but if you have a big party plan to arrive as soon as it opens so you have plenty of space - it gets crowded towards the end. The wet bar serves yummy small portions (beef, french fries, fried chicken) that are a good alternative for lunch. The staff is also attentive and cordial. Overall we had a very nice stay and plan to return.
