Pullman São Paulo Guarulhos Airport

I have stayed at the Pullman Sao Paulo Guarulhos many times and this was prob the worst stay. We were located on level 1 which really noisy and the noise coming from the lobby was horrible. They seem to collect the same details everytime, including when stayed there 3 weeks apart, needing to give email, phone etc details again. On this last occassion, we booked 3 rooms one of the rooms was for 2 adults and 1 child - however there was only two king single beds in the room when the room was booked for 3. the other dissappointing thing was the room window had a massive crack in it which didn't look safe at all. First time I was extremely dissappointed staying there.

Aside from a nice property with comfortable guest room and a wonderful restaurant, they made traveling with an infant a piece of cake. From the reservations help desk, to the restaurant staff, to the security and bell members, all were very friendly and made us feel cared about. Baby amenities bedroom amenities (crib and tub) were really provided and installed - the full blackout made napping and sleeping super easy for both the baby and ourselves. The restroom was great - amazing variety of delicious food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Here as well, they made sure we were being fully assisted and supported provided real food for the baby within restrictions/recommendations of his age. The hotel is also VERY convenient if you need a place close to the airport (GRU), and VERY quiet. They were amazing. You won’t regret it!
