Palace Praia Hotel

we arrived late at the hotel and the service was terrible not even help us with the luggage I had to valet my own car and when we went to the room the bed sheet was dirty and he change room to a view on the garage and garbage Cains so it was 2 am when we went to bed and at 7 am the garbage truck was there making a huge noise. I guess this hotel like noise when we arrive at the breakfast the music level was crazy high then we ask the hotel for a late checkout and they no understanding regarding the situation from the night before and we had to paid for it.It was only 150 reals but this is the point no customer care too bad the hotel could be a little gem if the manager care insteed of having coffee. and also what is the story with the plastic bracelet ??? are we in a child camp?

The personnel and service was really good. The pool was always super crowded so we couldn’t even swim for a bit. We had breakfast included, fresh fruits were good but the rest not so good. The restaurant had a weird smell. The area was the mos disappointing part of our trip, although this was our mistake as we didn’t do much research before booking. It’s far from the nice beach clubs as well as other beaches and dunes. Service was awesome, good place for families maybe.
