It was a great experience! But when checking out, Rafaela was very rude to me saying that I should take 30 minutes before leaving to check out? This is so rude and not acceptable!! The worst was the tone she was using like she was talking to a child, like she needs to get re-trained, no one told I needed to check out all hotels you leave key and go, it’s called easy check out. Keep credit card on file and sooooo much easy.
