Vivaz Cataratas Hotel & Resort

Amazing stay, staff were friendly, awesome place for families, rooms were super clean and food was also great! I highly recommend it!

Pleasant hotel, ideal for families. Close to bird park and falls.

Everything was ok, the only problem was that near our room was staying a group of students, they make noise till around 23:00 in the aisle, was terrible for my baby and me. We could not sleep well

For families this is a well positioned hotel, with a good pool and entertainment and facilities. The hotel is well situated for the waterfalls and bird park, and staff were friendly and helpful. However, the hotel was very loud and noisy, with kids running down corridors and shouting; whilst this isn’t necessarily the fault of the hotel, the rooms should be relatively sound proofed, and hotel staff should enforce etiquette so that all guests are respected. We also had our towels replaced with old, thread bare ones and the hand towels were not even replaced. It’s a basic hotel that met our needs overall, but needs some attention.

The facilities were great...especially for families. We don't have children that age, but would have loved it. We stayed with 200 11-13-year old kids, who were very loud (as they should be), including late at night. Didn't bother us...we slept well. Wifi was not great, but I'd say that was due to all the kids. Otherwise it was very nice, and the staff did a fine job of tolerating our English-speaking ways. Thanks!

We booked this hotel & resort to visit the Iguacu Falls. Very nice hotel, well-kept landscape & rooms were descent and clean. This is a family-style resort as they had lots of activities for the kids. However, as it was just me and my husband, this resort would not be our top pick for future stay. We also went during the cold & rainy season so we didn't see anyone enjoy their waterslides and other activities they offered. They did have a nice breakfast buffet and always kept the restaurant clean. The staff was very friendly and attentive. We enjoyed staying at this hotel and would recommend it to families with kids more geared towards the summer for best enjoyment.

This was a nice hotel for our family. Kids liked pool. Mini golf was horrible but we enjoyed our stay.

We were amazed at the breakfast. We thought it was awesome. Staff were very nice, in particular Tiego Porto. He made us feel like we were part of the same family. The lady at the tour desk was also very helpful.

It is a family resort so that there are so many kids around. If you need a quiet place to stay then find another hotel. We are ok with the noise out the pool.

The hotel was very clean and had a wonderful eco trail in the back. There were a variety of other amenities for kids.
