Martin's All Suites

This hotel is modern, clean and well-appointed. What sets it apart however is the service of the staff - especially management and front desk staff. They are multi-lingual, seemingly content in their positions and attentive. I was pleasantly surprised to find a hand-written note along with a delicious box of chocolates in my room after they heard that I was there to deal with a family members failing health. This isn't typical for customer service in Belgium, but it is for this reason that I'll return. The only ding is the bathroom where I wish there was some type of soap or small bottle holder in the shower area. If you have personal shower products there is no where to put them.
