Van Der Valk Hotel Mons Congres

Very accommodating and went the extra mile when we need assistance with our babies milk and knocking very quietly when we order room service as not to wake the baby

Traveling to visit family who lives in jubrise (a town close to Mons) on a vacation. I was so glad I stayed at the Van Der Valk Congres. Very well kept hotel. Everything is clean, from the Hotel room, hallways, restaurants and common areas, I felt really comfortable during my stay. First off the staff was very kind, helpful and patient with me. I confess I’m a stupid American and don’t know any French or Dutch, but it didn’t matter because 99% of the staff from the cleaning crew to front desk knows English. The rooms comes with all the toiletries and water in the mini fridge! All towels and wash rooms are very clean. Also the water in the shower room gets very hot. The cleaning crew are very helpful and accommodating! Room service is pretty cheap as well, very worth it! Room service is from the restaurant which is on the ground floor and it was a definitely highlight of my stay at Van Der Valk Congres. My family member who lives in Jubrise and hangouts at Mons said the restaurant at Van Der Valk is the best he’s eat in the area! They offer very meal during any time of the day and price point. Break
