Nicely designed, bright and clean. Great indoor bike storage. A bit thin on staff at times and the bar is unfortunately lacking in all but a few basics. Location is very good with a short walk to the Cloth Hall and Menin Gate. The bathroom setup is a little different. Okay for a couple but would be weird with older kids or friends sharing a room as there is no separate bathroom. The shower and toilet open in to the room.

Fabulous hotel, location was perfect. Great to have a separate room for the kids when family rooms are booked as well. Cannot fault it.

Basic hotel with few perks, no toiletries, nothing , not even shower gell. No water. Very nice breakfast. They had a false fire alarm which was not handled well. We were on the third floor, no working lifts and had to manage a wheel chair and someone with limited mobility down 3 floors of narrow stairs. During this period staff continued to book in new customers which i found strange . Extra bed in family room was not comfortable .

Arriving after a long drive from the North of England, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room was large and perfect for a family of 4 as well as being very clean. Also the town of Ypres was lovely, we wish we had more time to spend there.
