Novotel Brussels Airport

The gentleman at the front desk was lovely. However, the elevator was very far from my room. I had two pieces of luggage, am in my fifties, and have limited mobility. No one offered to assist. I wouldn’t say cleanliness was my biggest complaint, but I found a used coffee cup with a used teabag under my bed. The rug had a few too many stains. Dining room had an undesirable selection and was very pricey. I ended up using Uber Eats instead. That too had few options. Explaining my negative review on location. I ended up with Pizza Hut, which I would never have eaten at home. It is close to the airport and does provide free shuttle service to the airport, but pairing the fair quality of the facility, I hardly feel the shuttle was free, considering how much I paid. The hotel is very large and easy to get lost in. I passed by a lot of young kids that seemed to be partying as they lingered outside room doors. Just not my kind of place. There was no protective/preventative latch lock. This made me uneasy. One more thing, my television would not turn on. I would not recommend a stay here, only if it was an emergency or a last resort.

When you’re on a type budget this is a great place to stay. Oriented to families.

The room was kind of small for 2 adults and a kid.

Easy to access shuttle every 1/2 hour to & from airport, restaurant & bar. Outside deck & Playground for children.

Very nice and family friendly hotel

Nice enough hotel for an overnight stay near the airport. Shuttle was easily available both from and to the airport (even at 10:40pm on. Saturday) and only took 5 min. Clean and modern, comfortable beds, good water pressure, normal size room for 4 with 2 separate beds for kids - a rarity in Europe. My only complaint is that dinner service ends somewhat early for an airport hotel so we had nothing to eat at 11pm after a long train journey, lobby only had cereal bars and chips. Otherwise good hotel.

The lobby welcomed us with a foosball table that the kids enjoyed while we were checking-in. Beds were nice. The Nespresso machine in the room was a nice touch given that the other Novotel's we've stayed at just provide instant coffee. Airport Shuttle does not start running until 6am, but the lobby was helpful in arranging a Taxi for our early morning flight. This hotel is right under the flight path, but after 10 or 11pm, I don't remember hearing the planes.

Have stayed before so I am happy with the hotel, the only thing I don't like is the 24 Euros per person for breakfast as a family of 3 that is very expensive and nearly the same price as the room

Good stay close to the airport for our family of five!

Hotel is clean, comfortable, with very kind staff. My main complaint comes from the paper-thin walls which cause every peep from the neighbors to be heard. We were treated to some choice Italian phrases shouted at a screaming child next door for half the night.
