The room was super spacious! We were family in 4, we’d never felt crowded in room, there was 2 washing basin, bath & shower separately, and also the sauna room. It was amazing! Nearby have many restaurants as well as Michelin restaurant! Within 7mins walking distance, there were shops everywhere including top brands. Staff were polite & helpful, good in English

The Stephanie is my hotel of choice when I'm visiting family in Brussels. This stay was just as good as ever and ticked all the excellent boxes. Didn't get a free drink voucher this stay which has always been nice but not a problem.

This hotel is excellent in every way. Specially the customer service, they go far and beyond to make you feel good. I recommend this hotel to everyone. We stayed with our 2 kids and they said the hotel was the highlight of our trip. The rooms and bathrooms are big not was you would get in Europe and very comfortable.

We stayed with family of 4, 2 adults and 2 kids. Room was specious, and clean. Breakfast was great, lots of options to choose from. Will stay again.

We enjoyed a lovely 4 night stay with our children. The hotel was lovely, and the rooms very spacious! I need to mention how amazingly comfortable the bed was!!! We had to do rock, paper, scissors each need to see who would win and sleep in it! The housekeeping team worked really hard, the reception always had friendly staff on hand if needed so we would definitely stay here again if ever in Brussels.

The rooms are big enough for a family of 3 or 4 kids. the room was clean and open. the distance to the center grootmarkt is approx 30 minutes walking time. in my opinion to long walk. . breakfast outside the hotel is too far. no or minimum bakeries surrounded the hotel. best is to have the breakfast in the hotel. the breakfast of 19 euro per person is too expensive. if this was reduced to 10 or 12 euro will be better. parking costs are 20 euro for 24hrs in the parking garage of the hotel. Overall great experience

Family of four with two young children. Hotel was very clean and centrally located. Great transportation nearby and lots of places to eat. Beds were comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

Very good service from the staff, especially in the restaurant at breakfast and lunch (attentive, smiling and energetic). The location is good, walking distance to some of the most interesting areas for bars/restaurant. The rooms need refurbishing, especially the bathroom. The shower is the worst I have experienced ever. (Had a family room in what I expect is and old part of the hotel). The quality of the food was mediocre (did not try dinner, only breakfast and lunch). Ok, but nothing more. Thon normally has better quality in my experience. But, it was clean, and the staff made the stay nice.
