This was a great property, staff were so kind and lovely. We stayed with our two little kids and they always were patient and kind to them! I will note however for parents with young kids, the main population here is older an: mostly a British. The older thing was kind of stressful because we didn’t want our kids to be too loud or annoy the other guests but we did the best we could!

The rooms are spacious and the grounds are beautiful and always clean. Staff are genuinely friendly and helpful. Location is great. Can walk into town to shopping and restaurants. Breakfast included is great and so is in room coffee. Great resort for families or for adults.

Accomodation - room was exactly as pictured inside. roomy and clean. We booked a swim up room and were confused when we were taken to the second floor - there was a small stair case from our balcony to the pool - in the end we preferred this because it meant more privacy and more protection from the rain. The grounds were well kept and well designed. Absolutely beautiful! The main pool is currently under maintenance, we were alerted to this before we went. there are 3 other pools and an ocean with ample seating, so the closure did not impact our stay in the least. The beach is beautiful. Breakfast - cooked buffet was ample and elements changed daily. It is also worth saying that as someone with a celiac diagnosis, I always had options and staff at the resort were helpful. The club sandwich was very tasty. At breakfast things were not marked, but I had options. Staff were all friendly and very helpful. Did not expect the activity options available! we did a fishing excursion, island tour and glass bottom boat tour - all at no extra charge (we did provide gratuities). Paid for the shuttle to oistin's fish fry on the friday and highly recommend, we had a great time. They also have lots of kids activities running - there weren't a lot of children during our stay.

Friendly staff and great service. Fantastic location for exploring the island. Watersports included in price (non motorised), plenty to do and see. Great pools for all the family and quiet spots around for adults. Food delicious.

Family of 5 really enjoyed our stay, although we were only bed and breakfast and to be honest, the hotel restaurant and those in the town were really expensive! A round of 5 soft drinks was £25 and our evening meal in the hotel was £200 + with mostly tap water ( 2 kids meals) There are some cheaper restaurants in the town ,Just Grillin, Surfside Bar but nowhere open for Sunday lunch! We went to Oistins fish fry which we all enjoyed. Relaxed beach and lots of watersports too. People do try to sell foot massage, jewellery, crafts etc but a polite , "no thank you " seemed to work.
