We found the staff incredibly friendly, helpful and ensuring our stay with a toddler was super easy over the Christmas period.

This is a very functional hotel, I would say. It doesn’t have any soup and would suit business travellers in my opinion. The front desk staff are helpful and the chap on the bar was lovely - he offered me a drink on the house as it was my birthday. Wi-Fi is appalling. Rooms are spacious and beds Ok but not the best. 30 mins walk into the centre and nothing closer by. If you want efficient service and a business type feel and room, this is ideal. For a family break, it was, for us, lacking in atmosphere and warmth
