Arthotel ANA Amadeus

Loved the whole vibe of the hotel, with all sorts of amenities provided including great toiletries, space, a nespresso machine with some pods, etc. There’s always someone at the reception so there’s no need to worry. Coffee and tea is always on the house so you can always get one at anytime. They allow luggage storage too, if you arrive earlier than the check in time or if you’ll be leaving way later than your check out time. I found no problems at all, except for one thing - I thought housekeeping was provided, given that they gave a door handle sign. However, no one came to clean the room when we’ve put the sign out there, but it wasn’t an issue anyway. Still love this place. Highly recommended for travellers! (Although I’m unsure about it for families with young children….)

Great location, one receptionist was great, Nasser. Other than those two, everythign is terrible, the cleanliness, the breakfast, the unfriendliest staff you can ever imagine, hygiene poor, and the hotel is run by kids.
