Hotel Sailer was convenient for my family for a one-night sleepover, close to the railway station as well as to the old city center. We didn’t try the breakfast, as our train went early and the breakfast seemed rather expensive for a family, but for our situation it was what we needed.

This is NOT a 4 or 4.5 star hotel. Why? I am one month in Europe booking 4-5 star hotels. I booked a junior suite at Sailer. No seperate bathroom. Bathroom is IN the bedroom. 2nd room has a sofa bed and TV … that’s it. Awful. It’s not a suite. It’s a 2 bedroom setup. Furniture is IKEA-ish. Safe doesn’t work. Phone message button and reception button don’t work. Only 1 cupboard full of bedding, robes and fridge. Only 1 shelf free in cupboard. Breakfast is same as 2 star hotel. Fruit juice is a dispenser that mixes water with flavouring. Good points? It’s clean and close to the station. Don’t be fooled. In my opinion 2-3 star. I stay in a lot of hotels.
