Overall a good experience, especially the hotel staff, the reception upgraded us & the waitresses at breakfast were very attentive. Great pool-area where also the kids were welcome. Perfect location, close to everything in the middle of the old city centre. Heavy trafic in front of the hotel so the rooms facing that way is probably loud. The hotel was more rundown than the pictures showed.

Receptionist was lovely and inviting! Check in was so informative and smooth. The Lobby was cosy and comfy. The room was basic for a 4 Star, although the Bathroom was lovely. Pillows a bit too squishy for me , but I was so tired I slept like a baby. No view as it was an Economy Double. The Breakfast was amazing and so much to choose from - one of the best! Swimming Pool was welcoming with Sauna and Steam Room. Sauna needs a deep clean.. I didn't try the nude one - maybe next time! I would stay again as long as the price was a promotional one! I must return to Innsbruck in the Spring/Summer for the Cable Car ride...But its is so beautiful in the winter - not much to do, but worth an afternoon.

This was our second stay at the hotel. We were disappointed with the smokers in the corridors, the lack of hygiene with breakfast (we were both ill after our breakfast, I gave it another go and was ill again .... shame on me!) and dodgy practices by the bar staff (we sat at the bar watching staff top up glasses of bottled beer with tap beer, and rinsing bottles of beer out with water and adding to the glasses). The room was fine, shower a bit on the weak side with fluctuating temperatures. My husband reported the bathroom light too dark to shave in. The noise from anyone going past our room in the corridor was enough to wake us up, whether children, folk rolling their suitcases or housekeeping rolling their equipment. We are unlikely to stay again.

Perfect place for couples or families with basement pool and great breakfast. Super central for experiencing Innsbruck in every way. Rooms were well organized with good cleaning.
