Clean and Convenient hotel, but I have been asked to pay additional on arrival, even I have made the booking for 2 adults + 1 child, but the allocated room is not big enough, so the reception said we need to have an upgrade, thus paid EUR 21 extra... not sure if hotels.com did it wrong or the hotel did it wrong, but I had no choice but paid for extra as I don't want my family waiting for over 30mins for checking in after a long drive.
