Friendly people.I like fast check in and fast check out.Also very tasty Wiene schnitzel.Bed very comfortable,i was sleeping like baby.We will come again

There was an aggressive and nevrotic old lady at the front desk. Our reservation and confirmation mail was clearly showing that we booked and paid for a quadriple room with 2 bedrooms for 3 adults and 1 child at the age of 12. All written and confirmed by hotels.com She does not speak English even one word and I asked help from other staff around who also totally ignored us. So forget about the multilingual staff lie! But the lady kept shouting and hitting his desk in terror and as I understood from her body language and her writing on sone pages showing us, she was asking extra money for the room and/or for the kid. She denied to show the mail confirmation which must have been sent to them also, and totally denied to read mine either. At the end of 15 minutes fight and yelling on us, she granted us a key and kept insulting in German behind us. I got the happenings on camera and I will send to my lawyer and sue the place if those words contain any discrimination and hate. It is unbelievable how these kind of people might be in hospitality business in Austria... Regarding the room; My bed had a heavy smell of human urinal, most probably previous guest peed to bed in his sleep or drunk. It was unbearable but also impossible for me to go down back to that woman and fight again, so I slept with my kids in other bed... Wifi was not working at all!! And final surprise is there were some clothes left at the wardrobe from the previous guest!! A hell corner!!!!!

We stayed one night en route to Austria and could not find any other affordable stay for a family of four. This location was mediocre. The biggest advantage was the size of the room with a double bed and two twins. The space was huge and TV service good. However, it took us forever to check in and not the friendliest - we had to hunt the front desk person down inside the restaurant. Hotel was older and decorated for fall so was cute. However, we were given a room next to the road when I specifically requested otherwise due to the noise of the street. It was noisy even with the windows closed. You could hear the traffic, trains, and restaurant guests for most of the night. I could not sleep well. The breakfast the next morning was European fare so decent and the waitresses very friendly. However, two of our family experienced stomach issues the rest of the day and we have to wonder the coincidence... We would probably not return for the price and what we got from the hotel.

Hotelomat - perfect! Room size and decor - amazing! Wonderful colours, the kids liked the bathroom - they said its a labyrinth-:)
