Easy to get too. Manager was happy for my family to stay past check out while I got a punctured tyre replaced

Check in easy and simple. Unfortunately the room wasn’t the cleanest (bed and linen were clean) - couple of squashed bugs on walls, chairs had stains on them and bathroom needed some scrubbing around the edges of the shower and tiles. Some crockery was also found dirty. We were only in for one night as a quick overnight stay otherwise would have asked for another room but was really too tired to care! Appears to be more of a tradie client hotel then a family hotel with the number of tradie personal and vehicle around.

Room was dirty, dead bugs and dust on the window sills, air conditioner remote was filthy as was the switch for light above the tv. Mould in all the silicone joints in the bathroom and the fly screen air vent in the bathroom was thick with dust. Huge stains on the carpets and old kids snot on the walls in the second room. Kids loitering amongst cars at night and our apparent garden view room was of a carpark with a pile of rubbish including old crates and mattresses later replaced by the police drug bus. Hot water in the bathroom also had a bad water hammer waking everyone else in the room.

I know that times are hard for motels at the moment but this place was all about cost cutting without any regards to the inconvenience to guests. The double bed had a bedside light on only one side, they had bought cheap, short toilet rolls which therefore didn't fit the holder and there were no accessible power points for chargers etc. We had to move a heavy double bed to get to a power point in the middle behind it to get a free power point. Not good enough when there are phones, computers and children's games to be recharged. Another motel we stayed at on the trip had a 4-way power board available.
