They didn't have the type of room we booked (a nicer one) even though we had booked and paid more than a month in advance. No constellation was offered. Just a comment along the lines of 'if you had have been here earlier'... Exceptionally rude. We were travelling with a baby too. The room that we were given (not what we had paid for) had a heater that didn't heat more than 2 meters in front of it. Consequently we froze overnight and had to take the baby in to bed with us so he wouldn't freeze also... We had used that hotel numerous times before, but the last 2 visits we have had issues. Definitely won't be going back there again...
