Great staff…. Clean, quiet and safe. Pool facilities are excellent and great for the kids.

The pillow has bad smell, the water pumper ran all night, only one chair in a family room.

The shower in room 8 is dangerous. Difficult to adjust, and a child or older person could get scalded. Also had trouble with reception on TV. It kept pixelating. Every thing else was fine, thank you.

What a little gem of a place. Very quiet, kids loved the pool. Room was fantastic. There was so much bench space, and loved having the sink/hand basin out near kitchenette. All you could and more. Great value and highly recommended. Staff above and beyond with a great friendly atmosphere. We will be back for sure.

Ended up booking the wrong weekend so rang as soon as I realised only to be told that i couldn’t change to the following weekend as I had already booked and they said unless they can fill the spot then I won’t be refunded. I booked 2 nights the sat and Sunday.. so decided to just go on the Sunday as I wasn’t losing more money, got there to find out that our dates had been changed to the Tuesday and Wednesday like okay… no phone call.. anyway they said we could stay.. no mention of the Saturday night as to if they filled the spot and I get my money back…. Anyway here comes the best part… she asked for my license which showed I live in the same town and then proceeded to ask me why am I staying in a motel if I live in Bendigo… which made me feel very unhappy and uncomfortable about telling her that my partner and kids are spending then night together which is very personal.. then she stated that they don’t normally let people that live in the same town stay there, I walked out with the key feeling very discriminated very awkward and not very impressed with the service I received. I will be getting fully refunded as I don’t appreciate spending my hard earned money being treated like that and feeling very upset.
