Spacious family room. Beds very high, hard for toddlers to climb up n down. And no sink/dish washing facility made it hard to reuse cups/spoons . Washed in the bathroom basin

Had a lovely stay. Staff were very friendly and courteous. Food was terrific and price was very reasonable. We have recommended this hotel to family members who are travelling to Bairnsdale.

Excellent, BUT, children were allowed to run and shout in the foyer untill after 11 pm making an early night impossible. When challenged staff said they "tried".
