Queens Head Hotel

Where do I start!! Mold on the pillow, no spoons for tea making facilities, half a roll of toilet paper and when requested for more was laughed at. They have no reception area. They advertise free wifi and microwaves in there rooms but do not have them nor will provide once asked. I paid for city views but got a view of recycling bins. Not child friendly place, again even once requesting help it was declined, laughed at and an inconvenience. There was no face washers, no sugar for cups of tea, and the tv remote didn’t work. When I got food delivered to the hotel the staff denied it had been delivered and refused to produce video evidence of me obviously being robbed then. When I as a single mother with a 8 week old baby complained I was escorted out by 4 police officers at 6am and not aloud to shower or feed my baby. I want this horrible filthy place shut down and have taken this further! Be warned future holiday goers
