We enjoy the sports bar area. The food is great. Enjoyed the spa in the pool area. For the size of the property you could have an awesome pokie area. I think a kids zone would be an awesome addition. We always enjoy staying at the Lakes and will be back again. In our room (118) the sliding door to the balcony was very hard to open and shut without making a huge noise. We also had organised an 11.00 check out but when we got back from breakfast after 10.00 we were locked out.

Staff make this place, from reception through to dining. Noisy family in room 503 not good but not hotel's fault. GF Pork with market veg. beautifully cooked. Thanks Chef!!

Afternoon staff seem very snobby and unwelcoming. Not friendly at all! Booked a room for 2 adults and 2 kids. Bed is very uncomfortable. 2nd bed was a pull out couch that you feel the frame through and had no pillows in the first night. Staff never explained anything about wifi password or in room dining. Tried ordering dinner as the menu stated specific times and was told kitchen was closed two hours before the menu states and was told to order Uber eats instead. Extremely overpriced for a 4 star hotel! Best thing is the views and breakfast would not recommend and would not come back!

We had an excellent view of the lake and surrounding areas. The staff and service were first rate. The indoor pool and gym were used by the family daily. The full breakfast included with the room was enjoyed by all the family. Car parking was easy and free. The room TV was a good size and the extra bed required was in the room and ready to use. We had a good time and would highly recommend this hotel.

Views over the water, friendly and helpful staff in reception and dining areas. Family friendly - served child's dinner first!! A great move!! Great meals.

The hotel is wonderful and the views both from the room and balcony are spectacular. The room was spacious, luxurious and we really enjoyed the spa. The complementary breakfast was delicious with many choices. The staff were all helpful and friendly. We plan to return with the kids very soon.

Great place to stay has all the facilities. Will stay there again and love the free wi fi especially when taking a child with me.
