The hotel staff were very good and helped with the problem that I had with the family member by changing our room. I can’t think them enough for it.

Lovely and spacious for our family of 6. All the amenities provided and in a very good location. Coles over the road as well which made cooking easy. The pool is great, heated to a lovely temperature even for a summers day and the spa is a good size. Would stay here again when visiting Mackay.
