Unfortunately we had to cut our holiday short due to a family emergency, we were happy to have credit/new dates for the remaining nights, but unfortunately Expedia or the hotel would not honour this so we lost 3 nights accommodation!

Unfortunately this hotel really is for families with young children. There was only one pool operating which was not disclosed on Expedia’s website when booking and for the price paid for accommodation was unacceptable. It was like swimming at the zoo at times which wasn’t enjoyable or relaxing. There also seemed to be limited staff although very helpful, and the Buffett was ordinary to say the least especially in a hotel of this calibre

A very nice experience staying at Peppers. Many lovely family members in the Beach Pool. Our room keyed alike suite was to a good standard with a few maintenance items of little consequence being present.

I was so excited to stay here but I was let down. No bathroom towels and when I called to request them, I felt like I was being questions of that was true. The complex was very noisy, serenity pool was not quiet due to the music and kids screaming coming from the main po. Overpriced breakfast, just go up the street to the cafes.

We enjoyed our 4 night stay although the resort is very large and we felt more suitable to families rather than mature aged couples. It was quite noisy at times. The staff were helpful and the room clean and spacious.

We had a lovely stay, peppers has a great vibe, great pool, beautiful outdoor area. The only downfall is there’s no lifts and we were staying on the top floor so there’s quite a few stairs you’re travelling up and down regularly, and with young kids it’s not easy. Especially with a pram. Second thing worth mentioning, there’s no room service, again with young kids there’s times you need this service so this was an inconvenience. Besides those two things everything else was wonderful.

We are a family of six and absolutely loved Peppers and are planning to re-book for our next summer holiday. The 'beach pool' with swim up bar was absolutely stunning and a hit with our children (aged between 2 and 17) and adults alike. On the negative side, the rooms need a facelift - the rooms look tired with outdated heavy and dark furnishings, and the lighting within the rooms and bathrooms is poor. However, the rooms are very clean which is an absolute credit to the cleaning staff. Our overall experience however, was brilliant. The staff was friendly and helpful and happily assisted with any requests or recommendations for daytrips or dining. We highly recommend the resort and look forward to going back again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very accommodating for families. Our toddler had the best time. Definitely will be back again. Location is great and only about half hour away from airport.

Great location and the rooms are very good. The hotel though is overly family friendly, to the point it is difficult for couples to say use the spa pool without kids hitting each other with noodles. There are signs about keeping watch of their children but some parents seem to be on holiday from parenting. I think it would be better if the pool area could be segregated into adults only area. Pool loungers are also a short supply, and again signs are out to stop people reserving loungers, but some loungers had towels on all day and we barely saw anyone use them. The pool bar also needs a system upgrade, took 15 mins to order and pay for a beer, wine and a portion of wedgies. Staff seemed busy but doing a lot of non value added work.
