Convenient proximity to zoo and town centre. Good for families

We were really happy with our stay here. The staff were incredibly friendly and the facilities were great! We were able to play a game of tennis which our kids loved. The hotel is super close to the zoo and very easy access to the town centre.

Air conditioning are those old 1980 air con system barely worked the one in kids room only blew cold air out had to go to Kmart and buy A $69 heater considering temp outside at night got below 0 degrees in Dubbo the other one in main room very noisy and took extremely long time to heat the room which is understandable the blinds had stains all over it and where not long enough to close so the cold air could be felt from them glass sliding doors and not to mention at night people could see in as the blinds where not wide enough for doors very out dated carpeted had tears on floor bathroom shower was great pressure but the grout has mould and so did the silicone cocking around the ends the wifi so poor jept dropping out

Very disappointed in kitchen area and bench size for family room

Comfortable family room, 2 rooms with 2 single beds for 2nd room. Rooms still fitted with window rattler air-conditioning units.. Disadvantage of our family room is it is at the front of the property so traffic noise is loud being on a busy road. Pool is a good size and well maintaned. Also have pool towels for guests to use. Tennis courts also on site, and have racquets available for the use of the courts. Good for our short stay of 2 nights

Second stay here. Its perfect for families and very comfortable.
