Coastal Bay Motel Coffs Harbour

The room was clean and the spa was nice. However, I felt that it was highly overpriced in comparison to the other motels we’ve stayed at in Coffs before. Inside the room there was a very tiny tv that we could barely see so we used our laptop instead to watch movies. There was a a kettle for coffee but it wouldn’t fit under the bathroom sink (which the flick mixer was loose and flopping around) so we had to fill up cups of water to pour into the kettle. The location we stayed at had a very noisy family next to us and the children they had were constantly screaming and the doors were constantly being slammed open and closed. I could have overlooked all of this and gave it a decent rating but I cannot because of the price we paid to stay there. I expected better than what we got.

We family of 2adult and a kid Booked for a night stay on Christmas eve and happy to share that our stay was pleasant and found our accommodation and services of a high quality. Room cleanliness was perfect and the shower was newly refurbished. Very happy with our stay and highly recommend.

Nice base for a family getaway. Super comfortable beds were a bonus.

Good budget option for a 2 night pit stop on our roadtrip. Bathroom is tight but nicely updated - dual toilet seat with a smaller seat for toddlers was a thoughtful addition. Laundry facilities available for a small price (and having now continued on through NSW we miss this greatly!)

The owners were very lovely family.Helpful & friendly. Close to beach & eateries. Rooms were clean, although basic. Clean & tidy motel
