We had the best vacation at this hotel! Our family lives in Tirana so we visited to see everyone. The hotel was beautiful- AMAZING location! Right in the city center one minute walk to the best restaurants, coffee, shopping and luxury mall!!!! The staff could not have been more kind and professional!! I had a wedding and my dress was wrinkly they took it for me and steamed it in less than an hr! You don’t even get that kind of service at American hotels! I stayed with my husband and baby and it was the best place to stay I cannot wait to travel to Albania again and stay at the Plaza! It’s the nicest hotel in Albania!

A very slick, professional hotel with friendly staff keen to help. It's slightly more business focused but they made their best efforts to make it work for me and my family.
